I don't recall Brock going to the Olympics for his skill/prowess. Could be wrong.

Fedor has said he only sees this as a job, not a passion, hence his general lack of emotion.

People almost beating people doesn't count for much. Frasier would have beat Ali if his coach hadn't thrown in the towel; Ali was going to quit if Frasier got up. It didn't happen, it doesn't matter. There are also no "almost wins" in their stats that I can see.

Brock is 32, his college days are long gone, he needs to stop throwing that title around like it means anything a decade later.

I bet Mir thinks it means something now.

Who cares about his "lack of emotion?" This is Mixed Martial Arts, not a fucking soap opera.

We weren't giving Brock credit for almost beating somebody, 'cuz he destroyed Mir the next time he fought him.

32 isn't THAT old. In fact, Fedor happens to be 32 as well. So what if his college days are long gone? So are Peyton Manning's where he was a great quarterback, and he still is a great quarterback at 33.

Brock doesn't need to throw around the title of National Champion Wrestler, 'cuz he's the Heavyweight Champion of the UFC.

Strados was calling me out because I said Rogers almost finished Fedor, but really, it does kind of matter in this sport. Some refs jump on shit whereas others let it go on a little longer. I'm just saying that Fedor had WAY more trouble with Rogers than he should have.

I see.

Well, a win is a win to an extent, but as of yet, nobody has really even been much of a challenge for Lesnar.

Carwin will probably be his biggest challenge, but I just don't see Lesnar getting beat for a long time.

I don't see why people are getting all worked up about Lesnar. He's been in four fucking fights. Whoop-dee-fuckin-doo. And plus he's a complete asshole with no respect for anyone. i don't see how anyone can be a fan besides NASCAR-loving-truck-driving hicks

I'm not really that much of a fan of him, and I would love to see him and Fedor fight, 'cuz I think it would be a great fight. But, to act as if Fedor would "destroy" him is silly.

Well in four fights he's defetead Mir, the only man to ever finish Nog and Randy Couture. That's with very little cage experience.

Is that an accomplishment? I mean forgive me but he defeated Nog post(and I mean wayyyy post-prime), and Randy...I'm sorry but a win over Randy doesn't add too much cred.

I have respect for Randy but he's got to hang the gloves up.

I'll agree with that Randy is past his prime by quite a few years, but I do think his domination of Mir in the rematch says something yeah. Actually, yeah it's an accomplishment all the way around, but like I said I do think Carwin will be his most interesting opponent to date.
